Doing business with you has really been a good experience. You have done beautiful work for us that stitch wonderful and most of all look wonderful. I know sometimes I have pushed you to the limits but in the in we both have learned something for it. I have recommended you to several embroidery companies and will continue to do so. I have had companies offering me a free design to try them out but I have said no I am happy with who I do business with and send the design to you. Sometimes my customers are picky, we need to tweak the designs to make it work for them and Eagle handles it wonderfully. I run a six head Tajima and a single head in my store and the designs sew beautifully.

I have had 3 designs digitized with you and I couldn't be happier. The turnaround time and quality of work is the best that I have had in many years.

I am no longer going to attempt any more designs, the flat rate of $25 and remarkable turnaround time is a savings that I didn't realize I was wasting.

I just wish I had found your company years ago.

They look really great and the communication is quick and easy, so much so, I've sent your info to couple more US Patriot stores that have embroidery machines.
