You can submit jpg, gif, bmp, tif, pdf, ai, cdr, and eps format files. Concerned about the quality? The better the artwork, the better the final product will turn out. It is greatly appreciated if you can submit a relatively crisp & clear image with color separations.

Our default format is Tajima (DST). Upon request – and at no additional cost – we can provide EMB, CND, EXP, DSB, PXF, POF and others.

Our service offer only digitizing and does not include embroidering (sewing).

You could resize 10-20% depending on the complexity of the design. Some designs may lose its crisp quality upon resizing and may need to be re-digitized.
