How to deal with if no confirmation after order placed

If there is no confirmation and no registration at “My Account” after order placed. You may be aware that all orders placed via our website will be automatically acknowledged and a confirmation will be sent, but very rarely happens that the confirmation is not sent due to system errors.

However, please be informed that your new orders will be reflected at “My Account”, please kindly review after order is placed. Once registered at My Account it is implied that we have received your order which is being processed.

Please give us a call if you do not receive the confirmation and the order is not found at My Account.
